Mr. Poudel is a co-founder at SwiftFin Global. He oversees emerging markets for the company's general business development, with an emphasis on information technology. He has been actively involved in advising clients in managing technology and the related risks including Information Security and Privacy, Business and Finance Transformation, Strategic Sourcing, and Business Continuity.  

Mr. Poudel has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of Information Systems Security Assessment, Business Process Automation, Business Analytics and Digital Transformation. He has worked with various Local and Multinational Companies in the field of Banking and Insurance, Telecom, Hospital, Construction and IT, and provided services relating to IT Governance, Information Systems Security, Financial Digitalization and Business Continuity.  He has been involved in various outsourcing projects and has implemented process improvements resulting in significant impact in efficiency of the outsourcing team. He has continuously collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational and security enhancements.
